The UK government published a Review of Engineering Skills documenting what the government has done, what it is doing and what it plans to do to strengthen engineering skills in the UK. It sets out plans to work with partners in education and industry to improve the quantity and quality of education for engineering.
There is also a call on employers and education professionals to get involved in these government programs and inspire the next generation of engineers. The idea is to create partnerships between education, enterprise and government and work together on solutions to promote business growth.
